Mr. Ullman's principal areas of expertise include commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, criminal defense and appeals. He has tried numerous civil and criminal cases to conclusion at the trial level, both before the law courts and before administrative agencies, and he has abundant experience arguing appeals before the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court, the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court, the New York Court of Appeals and the United States Courts of Appeal for the Second, Third and Fourth Circuits, among others.
Mr. Ullman graduated cum laude from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, in 1970, and, following a year of post graduate work at the University of Rochester, obtained his law degree from the New York University School of Law in 1974.
Mr. Ullman is a member of the bars of the States of New York and New Jersey, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey, the United States Courts of Appeal for the Second, Third and Fourth Circuits and the United States Supreme Court. He also has been specially admitted to practice on behalf of clients in trials and appeals in state and federal courts in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida and Texas.
Jeff is an avid sailor, proud owner of the 33 foot cruising yacht, Apparent Wind. He holds a U.S. Coast Guard 25-Ton Master Credential, with Auxiliary Sail endorsement and is a commercially licensed sailboat captain. Making his home in Somerset, New Jersey, he has been married for over forty years, and is the father and grandfather of three.

Over the years, Art has traveled extensively throughout Europe and China with his wife, attending to all of the related details and preparing his own itineraries. His trips have included dining at many of the great restaurants of the world. Art has become something of a "foodie", and has dined at many of the most highly regarded and interesting restaurants in New York City, where he is also an avid theatergoer.
After being raised in Passaic, New Jersey, Art has resided in Morris County, New Jersey for the last thirty-three years. He has been married for over thirty-five years and is the father of two grown children.

He has been involved in numerous commercial and residential development projects, dealing with varied contractual, zoning and financial issues.
These included the planning and development of a four hundred-plus room luxury hotel and conference center; one million square feet of waterfront office andwarehouse space, including the requisite cleanup and negotiation of tax abatements; one million square feet of office space; and numerous residential subdivisions, among other projects.
Gary has lectured to the staffs of three nationally prominent realty firms on issues of importance to professionals in the field. In addition, Mr. Platt has served as review attorney for a federal savings bank and as the designated preferred closing attorney for various nationally known mortgage companies
Mr. Platt graduated from Lafayette College with an A.B. degree in English in 1970 and received his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1973.
Mr. Platt is licensed to practice in the State and Federal courts in New Jersey.
Gary is extremely active in Lafayette College Alumni affairs, and is President of the Class of 1970. He serves his religious community as a Trustee and Officer of Temple Shalom in Roxbury, New Jersey, and is a devoted and doting husband, father and grandfather.
